Shipping

  • Orders are dispatched only after full payment is received.
  • Framing and final preparation are completed after order confirmation. Dispatch timelines may vary accordingly.
  • Each artwork is packed carefully for safe handling and transit.
  • Shipping timelines depend on destination, size of the work, and chosen delivery method.
  • Shipping charges, where applicable, are communicated at the time of order unless already included.
  • Tracking details or delivery confirmation are shared where applicable.
  • For local deliveries, hand delivery or direct coordination may be used where suitable.

Returns & Refunds

  • As all works are original pieces, orders are generally treated as final.
  • Cancellation may be considered before framing or order-specific preparation begins.
  • If cancellation occurs after framing, packing, transport booking, or any order-specific preparation has started, actual incurred costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.
  • Once dispatch has been completed, returns and refunds are not accepted, except in the case of transit damage or a material delivery issue reported within the stated window.
  • In the event of transit damage or a material delivery issue, the buyer must notify within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unpacking video of the package and artwork.
  • Artworks should be opened carefully upon delivery and handled appropriately. Claims raised beyond the stated window may not be accepted.
  • Packaging should be retained until the condition of the artwork is verified.
  • Each case of damage or delivery issue is reviewed and addressed appropriately.

Order Terms

  • A 50% advance is required to confirm an order. The balance is payable before dispatch or delivery.
  • A work may be placed on short hold for up to 48 hours, subject to availability. A hold is confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.
  • Framing and final preparation are undertaken after order confirmation.
  • Orders are released, shipped, or handed over only after full payment is received.
  • As each work is original and viewed across different lighting and screens, slight variation in perceived colour or finish may occur between photographs and in-person viewing.
  • Minor variations in surface texture, detailing, or finish are inherent to original hand-finished works and are not considered defects.
  • All communication, pricing, and order confirmation are handled directly and on a case-by-case basis to ensure clarity for each work.
